Preparation

Step 1

Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all bottles, nipples, and utensils are clean and sterilised.

Step 2

Fill the bottle with the correct amount of water, heated to approximately 40°C.

Step 3

Add the recommended number of level scoops of formula powder to the water.

Step 4

Close the bottle and shake gently until the powder is fully dissolved.

Step 5

Before feeding, test the temperature of the milk on the inside of your wrist to ensure it’s not too hot.

Step 6

Always use a clean, dry scoop and return it to the tin after use. Reseal the tin securely.

Step 7

Discard any unfinished milk after feeding and thoroughly wash all feeding equipment.
