Damaged Products
If your package arrives with a damaged outer box but the inner pouch is intact and sealed, the formula is still safe to use. Cosmetic damage does not affect product quality. However, if the pouch itself is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the incorrect product received
We will send the correct product immediately and provide a return shipping label for the incorrect item. If the correct product is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours of processing the return.
Return Policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on baby formula or personal care products. This ensures that all customers receive new, unopened items and guarantees the highest quality standards.
Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, please do so within 1 hour of placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Refund Deduction
In the event of a cancellation or refund, a 4% processing fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by our system. Your refund will reflect 96% of the original amount.
