Goat or Cow
Both goat milk and cow milk formulas provide essential nutrients for your baby’s growth, but they differ in composition and digestion. There’s no wrong choice—just the best fit for your baby’s unique needs.
Goat
Naturally easier to digest, goat milk contains smaller fat molecules and less lactose, making it a gentler option for babies with sensitive stomachs or digestive discomfort. It also features Alpha S2 Casein, a protein structure closer to breastmilk, supporting smoother digestion.
Cow
A widely used and nutrient-rich choice, cow milk formula provides complete nourishment but contains Alpha S1 Casein, which takes longer to break down. While perfectly suitable for most babies, some may find it harder to digest compared to goat milk.
